STRAPOLI FoUNDER, MARCIAL BERECIARTU, COMES FROM A FAMILY OF PIZZAIOLOS WITH OVER 40 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE BEAUTIFUL CITY OF MERIDA,VENEZUELA.

FROM THE BEGINNING, MARCIAL WITNESSED THE HARD WORK AND DEDICATION OF HIS BROTHERS edgmar, edgar and ruben AND his PARENTS ruben and marlene IN THE FAMILY BUSINESS. IT IS THIS PASSION THAT LED TO THE CREATION OF STRAPOLI. THIS TIME, THOUSANDS OF MILES AWAY FROM HOME.

STRAPOLI WAS BORN IN CHICAGO, ILLINOIS (UNITED STATES) WHERE MARCIAL WITH THE HELP OF HIS PARENTS, RUBEN AND MARLENE, AND HIS WIFE VANESSA, ONCE AGAIN TAKE UP THE FAMILY TRADITION AND RETURNS TO HIS PIZZA-MAKING ROOTS TO CREATE THE BEST DOUGH IN THE WORLD, GIVING HIS “MIRACLE” DOUGH THE NAME “STRAPOLI” AND IT IS HERE WHERE THE PIZZA HISTORY-MAKING BEGINS.
